APT Inspect and Fill
Bring 360° inspection, dust removal, electronic counting and bottle filling into one coordinated process. APT Inspect and Fill is a modular platform for tablets, capsules and softgels, with configurations matched to your required output.
Application
Products pass through feeding, inspection and reject verification before accepted units are counted and directed into bottles. Integrated dust extraction covers the hopper, feeding path and inspection/counting areas to help maintain a cleaner optical environment during dusty-product runs.

Output figures describe the June 26 configuration and are theoretical maxima. Sustained production output depends on product behavior, bottle format, reject rate and line conditions; confirm by application testing.
