Serialization and traceability
APT Labeling
Print, verify and apply labels within one coordinated process. APT Labeling is a linear labeling system for round containers, combining print inspection, label-presence checking and product rejection.
Application
Variable information is printed onto the label and checked before accepted products leave the machine. Sensor-based label presence checks and product tracking help direct verified products to the outfeed and non-verified products to the reject bin.
Key features
- Integrated thermal-transfer printing, barcode verification and character recognition.
- Label presence control and pneumatic or mechanical rejection.
- Guarded enclosure with access doors and safety switches.
